Terms of Service
Thank you for shopping with us at Treasure Trove Estate Sales, LLC. By purchasing
items from our online consignment store, you agree to the following terms and
conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Product Condition
All items offered for sale are sold “as is”. We are committed to providing you with
the most accurate and detailed information possible regarding the condition of
each item. Each product is pre-owned and may show signs of wear or age.
● Detailed Descriptions: Each item is accompanied by a thorough description,
including any flaws, signs of use, and detailed notes on its condition. Please read
these carefully before purchasing. Display materials shown in photographs are
not included with the item unless stated in the description.
● High-Quality Images: We provide clear, high-resolution images of each item.
These images reflect the exact condition of the item and show all visible details
and imperfections. We encourage you to examine these images closely to
assess whether the item meets your expectations. Please note that photographs
may have had size modifications for display purposes, or been trimmed to
exclude framing, matting, and wide blank margins. Also, variations in color may
occur due to digital processing.
By purchasing an item, you acknowledge and accept its described condition, as
well as any visible wear shown in the images. We are available to answer any
questions prior to purchasing an item.
2. Payment Terms
We accept credit card payments only. Accepted cards include Visa, MasterCard,
and Discover.
● Full Payment Required: Payment must be completed in full at the time of
purchase. Your order will not be processed or shipped until payment has been
confirmed.
● Taxes: Sales tax will be calculated and added during checkout.
● Secure Transactions: All credit card transactions are processed through secure
payment gateways to protect your financial information.
3. Shipping
All shipping costs are paid by the customer. At checkout, you will be prompted to
select your preferred shipping method. Shipping charges will be calculated based
on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Shipping price includes
packing, materials, insurance, & shipping cost. You will be billed separately for
shipping when your items are packed & weighed. Please contact us for quotes
or questions on shipping cost prior to purchasing any items. Shipping is
available for small items ONLY, check item description for shipping availability.
● Recommended Insurance: While we take care to pack your items securely, we
highly recommend that you purchase insurance for your shipment to protect
against any loss or damage during transit, as we are not responsible for items
once they leave our store. Insurance is available during checkout, and we advise
you to select it for peace of mind.
● Shipping Carrier: We ship via reputable carriers, including UPS, FedEx, or
USPS, depending on the item’s size and your location.
● Processing Time: Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and
shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as
your package is dispatched.
● Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery time varies based on the shipping method
chosen, and your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout,
but please note that delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g.,
weather, carrier delays, or holidays). Shipping time is estimated and not
guaranteed.
4. Shipping Insurance
We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance during checkout. While we
take every precaution to ensure that your items are packed securely,
shipping-related damages can occur, and insurance helps protect your purchase.
Insurance will cover the cost of your item in case of loss or damage during
shipping. Without insurance, we are not liable for any damage or loss that may
occur during transit.
● Why Buy Insurance: Shipping insurance covers the full value of your item if it is
lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. In the event of damage, the carrier will
reimburse the insured amount.
● How to Add Insurance: Insurance can be selected at checkout. If you choose
not to purchase insurance, we cannot be responsible for damages or loss during
shipping.
5. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the
package. We will assist you with the claim process with the shipping carrier if
insurance has been added to the shipment. If no insurance was purchased, we
are not liable for any damages that may occur during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged and insurance was purchased, we will assist you in
filing a claim with the carrier. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the
damaged item in order to begin the claim process.
● Important: If you did not purchase shipping insurance, we are not liable for any
damages that occur during transit. Please consider purchasing insurance to
safeguard your items.
● Procedure for Reporting Damage: If the item is damaged, please email us at
treasuretrove.estatesales.fw@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the
damage, and packaging. We will guide you through the next steps.
6. In-Person Pickup
You are welcome to pick up your purchase in person from our location. If you
prefer to pick up your item, please contact us to arrange a suitable time. We are
not responsible for removal and loading of items. Please be sure to bring extra
help with loading. Please bring dollies/carts, straps, and blankets as we do not
provide any of these items. Please be sure to bring boxes and packing materials
for smaller loose items. We will hold your item for 7 days for in-person pickup.
All merchandise left over 30 days will be subject to a $50.00 storage fee per
month. After 60 days merchandise is considered abandoned and will become
property of Treasure Trove Estate Sales, LLC.
7. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any
items once purchased. Please make sure to review all product descriptions,
images, and any additional information before making your purchase. By placing
an order, you confirm that you have thoroughly reviewed the product description,
photos, and have no further questions about the item’s condition. If you have
any questions or concerns about an item’s condition or shipping details, please
contact us before completing your order. Please ensure you are satisfied with
your decision before making the purchase.
● No Exceptions: This policy applies to all items without exception. We encourage
all buyers to reach out with any questions or clarifications regarding the condition
of an item before purchasing.
● Damaged or Lost Items During Shipping: If you opted for insurance during
shipping and the item is damaged or lost in transit, you may file a claim with the
carrier for compensation. Please retain all packaging materials and document the
damage immediately upon receipt of the item.
● Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item due to an error on our part,
please contact us immediately. We will assist in correcting the mistake, including
processing a return for the correct item.
8. No Chargeback Policy
Purchaser is aware all items are sold in “as is” condition and no returns are
accepted. Purchasers agree that disputes of any nature may not be resolved by
a credit card chargeback and further agree to refrain from filing any chargeback
claim against Treasure Trove Estate Sales, LLC and/or its credit card merchant.
By purchasing at Treasure Trove Estate Sales, LLC, the purchaser waives the
right to initiate a chargeback and furthermore agrees to pay all administrative
fees, costs, attorney fees, and/or any other charges associated with responding
to said chargeback due to the administrative burden or responding to said
dispute.
9. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update and modify these Terms and Conditions at any
time. Changes will be reflected on this page, with the updated date listed at the
bottom. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed
about any changes. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes
acceptance of any changes.
By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed
to these Terms and Conditions. We appreciate your understanding and support.
